Data controller
NeoKonut is operated by the same company as NeoOfis, which acts as data controller. Contact: info@neoofis.com.tr, 0 533 309 30 50, Levent, İstanbul.
Data we collect
The name, phone number and, if provided, email, budget band and note you enter in the request form; the page you submitted it from, the referring website and campaign parameters (utm, gclid, fbclid).
Purpose
To call you back about your property request, to find suitable homes inside or outside our portfolio and, only if you tick the separate consent box, to inform you about offers and new projects.
Legal basis
Taking steps at your request prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f); explicit consent for marketing communication (art. 5/1).
Transfers
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare) and may be shared with our group brands NeoOfis and NeoAsset and with the developer of the project you are interested in, only to answer your request.
Retention
Request records are kept for as long as needed to answer your request and for the periods required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under article 11 of KVKK you can ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send your request to info@neoofis.com.tr. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
