About the project
7800 Çeşme Residences & Hotel is a complex in the Boyalık area of Çeşme, İzmir, combining hotel and residential functions. The project was designed by EAA – Emre Arolat Architecture for Çarmıklı, Kalyoncu and Tamtex and built by Çarmıklı Yapı between 2006 and 2008. The five-storey main mass is placed on the road side so that the beach side is left as open as possible, and the housing units are stacked with offsets to form large garden terraces. According to news reports, the project contains 59 residences in 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 types. The complex includes a spa, a gym, indoor parking and swimming pools.
