About the project
Acarkent is a villa settlement in Beykoz, Istanbul, built on a single 2,291,220 m² parcel within the Saip Molla Private Forest. Developed by the Acarlar Group, the project began construction in 1988 and was completed in 2002. The settlement contains 1,452 villas, 80 apartments with Bosphorus views, 64 apartment-type flats and 72 studio flats. The project includes social and sports facilities and various commercial units. The settlement gained neighbourhood status under the name Acarlar in 2007.
