About the project
Aman Residences, Bodrum is a for-sale villa project developed in the bay of the Amanruya resort in Demirbükü, on the northern coast of the Bodrum Peninsula. It was announced in July 2025 through Aman's partnership with RePie Portföy. SAOTA is designing the coast, lagoon and forest-view villas, while Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston is designing the resort extensions and beachfront villas. According to a sales portal, the first phase consists of 51 residences — 12 Beach Estates, 21 Lagoon Estates, 8 Waterside Villas and 10 Forest Villas — with five to seven bedrooms. A new Aman Spa, a beach club, restaurants and shops are planned as part of the project.
