About the project
Folkart Towers is a twin-tower mixed-use project developed by Folkart Yapı on Manas Boulevard in Bayraklı, İzmir, consisting of residences, office floors and a shopping arcade. Each tower is about 200 metres tall; construction started in 2011 and was completed in 2014. The architectural design is by Yağcıoğlu Architecture. The project includes 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 homes. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, a cinema, a sports centre, a basketball court, a restaurant and an art gallery.
