The architecture is by Tabanlıoğlu Architects; the project consists of 6 High Houses of 20–30 storeys, 11 Ankara Houses of 4–7 storeys and 7 Terrace Houses of 6–9 storeys. Foundations were laid in 2014 and deliveries were completed in April 2016. The project has an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, a 2 km walking track and a small cinema.
