About the project
LUViYA is a USD 500 million mixed-use project developed by RGüzel Group (RG Gayrimenkul İnşaat Otomotiv San. ve Tic. Yatırımları A.Ş.) on Aspendos Bulvarı, which links the city centre and the airport, in Muratpaşa, Antalya. The project includes 730 homes, 104 branded residences, an office block, a 300-bed five-star hotel and a shopping mall with about 50,000 m² of leasable area, 175 shops and 30 food, drink and entertainment venues. Homes range from 1+1 to 5+1, with garden-floor and terraced options. Foundation work has started on the residential blocks; deliveries are planned for the last quarter of 2028.
