Mahall Ankara is a mixed-use project developed by Türkerler at the 9th km of Eskişehir Yolu in Çankaya, Ankara, comprising homes, tower and horizontal offices and Mahall Çarşı. According to the official website, the project has 246 homes of 148–244 m², 214 tower offices, 101 horizontal offices and a bazaar with 64 shops; offices range from 72 to 731 m². The architecture is by RMJM and Öncüoğlu Architects. According to a promotion in Hürriyet, a 3,300 m² social facility reserved for residents includes a swimming pool, children's playgrounds, a multi-purpose sports field and outdoor tennis courts. The project is about 200 metres from the Kızılay–Çayyolu metro line.
