The project includes Avenue 1453, a 1,453-metre street with retail, boutiques, restaurants, art galleries and two shopping arcades, two squares of 12,000 m² and 28,000 m², and an open-air amphitheatre. The project's zoning plans have been annulled by court rulings more than once.
