Sur Yapı Marka is a residence and shopping centre project developed by Sur Yapı at the junction of Kale Caddesi and Mihraplı Caddesi in Nilüfer, Bursa. According to the official website, two residence towers of 27 and 22 floors and a 14-floor home office block rise above a 5-floor shopping centre. The project contains 316 residence apartments with balconies and Uludağ views in 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 3.5+1, 4+1, duplex and loft types; gross areas range from 63 m² to 292 m². Social facilities include outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a fitness centre, a sauna, a hamam and a steam room; leasing and management of the shopping centre were undertaken by ECE Türkiye.
