According to the official website, the project has 123 apartments and 23 commercial units consisting of 12 street-front shops and 11 offices, and its construction is complete. The apartments are planned as 1+1 units of 50–131.5 m², 2+1 units of 97–141.5 m², 2+1 duplexes on the roof floor and one 331 m² 5+1 duplex. Social facilities include outdoor and indoor swimming pools, an aquapark, fitness, sauna, steam room, spa, a cinema room, indoor parking with EV charging and free shuttles to the beach in Lara, the airport and shopping centres.
