About the project
Alkent 2000 Lake Manors is a 63-villa section built on a 250,000 m² area as the third phase of Alarko's Alkent 2000 settlement in Büyükçekmece. The design is by Robert Gill and Robert Vade Architect. The villas come in eight models ranging from 600 to 1,200 m²; each garden of about 1,500 m² on average has a swimming pool and a remote-controlled closed garage. The recreation centre includes tennis courts, a 1,750 m² outdoor pool and an 80 m² indoor pool, a sauna and a steam room. Maintenance, cleaning and security services are provided centrally.
