About the project
Kemer Country is a villa settlement around a golf course on the edge of Belgrad Forest in Göktürk. Odak İnşaat says it began building the Kemer Country houses in 1990 and completed the first phase in 1992. According to master planner Torti Gallas, the settlement sits next to a 15th-century aqueduct and includes 280 m² town houses and 120 m² single-storey flats. The club offers golf, horse riding, tennis, padel, fitness, a spa and restaurants; Torti Gallas also lists indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a lake for water sports. The club is operated by Kemer Yapı ve Turizm A.Ş.
