About the project
Mistral İzmir is a mixed-use project of residences, offices, a hotel and a shopping arcade developed by Mistral GYO in the Çınarlı neighbourhood of Konak, İzmir. The project consists of a 48-storey office tower and a residential tower; the office tower is 216 m high. It is a composite structure using reinforced concrete and steel together and holds LEED Gold certification. The residences have a four-pipe fan coil system and a smart home system. Mistral Çarşı contains restaurants, cafés and a fitness and spa centre with a pool open year-round.
