Alaçatı İnşaat
About the project
Port Alaçatı is a canal-based harbour settlement developed by Alaçatı İnşaat on former marshland south of the Çeşme peninsula, west of the Karşıyaka lagoon. The project is inspired by Port Grimaud in France, and Port Grimaud's architects provide architectural and technical consultancy. The first phase, comprising 12 apartments, 13 terraced houses and an 18-room boutique hotel, was completed in 2007. Residents moved into the 43 seaside homes of Yamaç and İskele Evleri in 2010, and the Pruva Evleri phase, comprising 51 terraced houses, 37 apartments, a 22-room boutique hotel, a guesthouse and 5 restaurants, was completed in 2013. The 32-home Güverte Evleri phase was planned for delivery in 2023.
