Seba Koru is a residential complex built by Seba İnşaat in İstinye, Sarıyer, directly below the Maslak Gazeteciler Sitesi, as 9 blocks on an 8,982 m² plot. According to the former official website, construction began in August 1997 and the complex was delivered in March 1999. It is the first complex to carry the Seba name. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens and indoor car parks beneath the buildings.
