Swissôtel Residences Çeşme is a branded residential project on Ilıca Beach in Çeşme, İzmir, located in the same complex as Swissôtel Resort & Spa Çeşme. The project was developed by a consortium of Miray İnşaat, Dilek Holding and ZA Madencilik; its architecture is by Durmuş Dilekçi and its interior architecture by Mustafa Toner, founder of Toner Mimarlık. According to Capital, the project contains 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 apartments ranging from 102 m² to 1,300 m², 6 detached villas and 6 garden duplexes. Residents use outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a fitness centre, a pilates studio, a steam room and a beach reserved for residents; the hotel in the same complex opened on 1 November 2023.
