About the project
Tera Orman Beykoz is a 70-villa project developed by SozInv A.Ş., a wholly owned subsidiary of Peker GYO, on land adjoining the Polonezköy forests in Beykoz, Istanbul. Launched in 2026, the project includes 2+1 terrace duplex, 3+1 garden duplex and 4+1 detached villa types. About 16,000 m² of landscaping including villa gardens and common areas, an outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool, walking paths, a fitness centre, children's playgrounds and a 122-space car park are planned. The investment was announced as about 1.5 billion TL excluding land, and completion is targeted for mid-2028.
