Vadistanbul Teras is the first stage of the Vadistanbul project in Ayazağa, Sarıyer. It was developed by a partnership of Artaş, Aydınlı and Invest; according to the official website it consists of 1,111 apartments in 8 blocks on a 51,000 m² area, and the stage was completed in 17 months. Apartment types cover 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1 duplex options. The stage has outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, a walking track, a sauna, children's play areas and parking for 1,800 vehicles. Vadistanbul is connected to Seyrantepe M2 metro station by the Havaray line.
