About the project
Trump Towers Istanbul is a mixed-use project at Mecidiyeköy Yolu Caddesi No:12 in Şişli, consisting of two towers of 39 and 37 floors and a 62,350 m² shopping centre. It was developed by Doğan Holding and designed by Brigitte Weber Mimarlık; the project opened in April 2012. The 154-metre, 39-floor residential tower contains 205 independent residences in 88 different types, with unit sizes reaching 680 m²; the 37-floor tower consists of divisible office floors. A 300 m² lounge on the 4th floor of the residential tower includes a library, bar, business centre, children's play area and meeting rooms. Residents are served by a 24/7 white-glove concierge service; the apartments have central climate control and uninterrupted backup generator infrastructure.
