About the project
Akmerkez Residence is the residential tower of the Akmerkez complex in the Etiler area of Beşiktaş, Istanbul. The complex was developed as a joint venture of Akkök, Tekfen and İstikbal and opened on 18 December 1993. The complex consists of two office towers of 14 and 17 floors, a 24-floor residential tower and a four-floor shopping centre. The shopping centre contains 246 stores in about 35,000 m² of leasable area.
