About the project
One Ortaköy is a residence project developed by Bilgili Holding on a hillside in Ortaköy, Beşiktaş, Istanbul. Designed by architect Gökhan Avcıoğlu, the building was constructed in 2011. The building consists of four interconnected circular forms, with natural stone used on its curved façade. The project contains 95 independent residences of 98 to 325 m². Social areas, a green roof, a walking path and a Bosphorus-view terrace pool are located within 2,600 m² of private land.
