About the project
Raffles Istanbul Residences are branded residences located together with the Raffles Istanbul hotel within Zorlu Gayrimenkul's Zorlu Center mixed-use complex in Levazım, Beşiktaş. Raffles Istanbul opened on 1 September 2014. The architects of the building are Emre Arolat and Tabanlıoğlu Architecture. The hotel has a spa of about 3,000 m², three Turkish hammams and indoor and outdoor pools. The complex shares its structure with the Zorlu Center shopping mall.
